How do I get Trillian to save my Contact History? 09/08/2011 04:10 by KatyAmeglio: Trillian isn't saving my contact history. When I try to access it it asks if I want to create the file. If I say yes, It opens up Notepad instead of creating the history folder. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?; First answer posted by SteveQueen at 09/08/2011 04:10

Do you have Windows Vista by any chance? I have no problem with Trillian logs on my Windows XP computer, but my Vista computer has the same problem that you are having. Perhaps it's an error on Trillian's part and not your own.
