I have already installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. I tried looking for it in my add-ons to enable it, but it wasn't there. Please help me.

To enable the flash player plugin in IE8:
Open "Tools > Manage Add-ons"
Make sure that for "Add-on Types" the "Toolbars and Extensions" option is selected.
Make sure that for "Show" the "Currently loaded add-ons" option is selected.
Select the "Shockwawe Flash Object" item, which you should see on the right side. Its details should now be displayed in the bottom half of the dialog, along with an "Enable" button.
Nope, You Don't Need To UnInstall It Even Go To Internet Properties Click Next To Connections You Will See "Manage Add-Ons" Open It & Enable Flash Player.
Follow this to disable/enable add-in services in IE:
Tools > Internet Options > Program Tab > Manage add-on options button > Filters >Add-ons that run without requiring permission >Select Shockwave Object >Click Disable button at bottom
