yes it can be unlocked. just see the contents of ur D drive in cmd prompt and checjk the current names of ur those locked folders.
u will finf the names in special symbols . Just note those symbols and then use Alt+ 250 onwards to check by hit n trial what symbol matches . then when U find all the symbols , use "cd" to move to that folder or rename it to ur desired name. I have cracked Folder lock many times in my college computers and some friends computers . it always work.

Sorry the only way to unlock it is to use the same program. When you install the program, it checks to see if you already installed it before. It finds a key in the registry to check if your computer has already used this software before so that people dont constantly download and install the product for free. I was trying to help you delete it from the registry so that it thinks you are a new user.

if u do get a free program from the internet most likely it will have a virus that will hack into your personal files i would suggest calling your computer company or a technician thats about all i can help u with don't know any good sites

press on button of your cpu. before booting press F8 key. select safemode option and press enter running on safe mode will turn of your software that is being locking your folder.
