I'm guessing your 300w transformer is a converting transformer to convert from the 240VAC to 120VAC, otherwise you have other issues you need to be aware of. Most laser printers draw a lot of power when they run, usually at least 2 to 4 times as many watts as your transformer is rated for. To determine the amount of power, in Watts (W), that your printer uses, find the label on the printer (or find the specs online) that list the voltage & amps (A) that it is rated for. Then multiply them together to get the power, or Watts, it uses. Example: 120VAC times 6A (amps) = 720W (watts). Your 300w transformer is designed for low power devices (less than 3amps total), not a laser printer that requires much more power, and that's the reason you keep blowing fuses as it is trying to draw more power that it's capable of. You'll have to get a much larger and powerful converter or transformer to run the laser.
