when did this happened? think about what you have recently installed or uninstalled? Did free music zilla capture myspace music before? which browser you're using, IE, firefox or others?
and make sure you're following these steps:
Make sure you have the following before you begin: a cell phone that can support MP3 ringtones; a CD or MP3 version of the song you want to use; a way to transfer the ringtone to your phone, either Bluetooth, a USB cable, e-mail, or instant messenger.
Rip the song you want to convert to a WAV or AIFF file using your music ripping software (Windows Media Player, iTunes, Rhapsody, etc.) and save it to a folder separate from all of the other music on your computer. If you already have an MP3 version of the song, copy it to a new folder.
Run your audio editing software. If you don't have one, you can get free programs online. You will also have to download the free LAME library for your operating system to a separate folder. A link is listed in the resources section.
Run your audio editing software and open the LAME library. Set your bit rate to 128 kilobytes per second.
Find the song you want to convert. Open it with your audio editing software and find the segment of the song you want to convert to a ringtone. This should be no longer than 15 seconds.
Add special effects, such as an echo or phaser. Once you're happy with your ringtone, select "export to MP3," which is usually under the file dropdown menu and save it as an MP3 file.
Transfer your ringtone to your cell phone using either an USB cable, Bluetooth or e-mailing it to your phone then move the file to the appropriate folder on your phone and select it as the default ringtone.
First, download mpTrim. This is a free, user-friendly mp3 time editor that enables you to edit the start and end time of your ringtones down to the tenth of a second. To download the software, click the link listed in the Resources section below, and extract the file when the download is complete. You should then run the software and click "Open." The Windows explorer box should appear. Locate the mp3 file you desire to edit and click "Open."
When you have finished editing the mp3 file, be sure to save the file under the file name automatically suggested. Do not alter the file name in any way. This ensures that you don't overwrite the actual mp3 file and lose the entire song.
Now you'll need to download the mp3 converter. To do so, you will need to download the ringtone converter software. This software allows you to convert your mp3 file to the file format that is compatible to your cellular device. When the download screen appears, it will give the options to "Run," "Save" or "Cancel." Click "Save" to store the file. When the download has finished, complete the license agreement. When the next screen appears, ignore the protocol and click "Next."
When the software panel loads, use the editing tools to the right of the task pane to edit your mp3 file accordingly. When you are finished, click "Convert." You should then be prompted to enter your cell phone carrier. After doing so, click "Next." The software should convert your mp3 into the format associated with your carrier and handset.
Pair the phone with the PC. You must first make sure the phone and the PC are Bluetooth compatible. If not, you will have to configure the Bluetooth settings on both the phone and the PC. Pre-installed Bluetooth technology on most PCs can be set up by simply clicking the desktop icon and following the simple set up instructions. Then you should turn the cellular Bluetooth settings on. This can be done by going to the menu on your phone, and clicking the "Settings" tab. You should see "Bluetooth Settings." Turn the settings on and pair both the phone and PC. When the devices are found, click "Pair" or "Add devices." This will vary depending on your handset. When prompted to enter the four-digit pass code, you should enter 0000 or 1234. Both pass codes are stationary and the same code should be entered on both the PC and phone. When the devices give the indication that the pair has been successful, you will now be able to transmit media. When the screen appears with options for paired devices with the PC, click "Send media via Bluetooth." Go to "Ringtones" and click "Send."
