Follow these to add clipart in Office 2010.
To access the Clip Organizer in Office 2010, go to Start> Programs> ‘Microsoft Office’> ‘Microsoft Office 2010 Tools’> ‘Microsoft Clip Organizer’.

The image will be downloaded as an image file and it won’t be automatically added to your clip art collection. You got a option that is to click ‘Add To Basket’. Once you're ready to download the images, click the ‘Selection Basket’ link and then Download. If the images can’t be downloaded automatically, take a manual option, which will set the file to open in the Clip Organizer when you click Download. Select this option and click OK.
The images will then be added to the Clip Organizer in the ‘Downloaded Clips’ collection.
Close all of your applications and programs.
Create a folder on your desktop to store retrieved files. Software applications will ask you where you want to put retrieved files. You can designate this as the place.
Open a browser and go the Easeus, PC Inspector or Restoration, to name a few. These applications allow you to retrieve deleted items.
Download and install one of the software applications that are listed in Step 2. Start the application that you choose to down and install.
Point the application in the right direction. Typically these applications ask you a portion of the name of the file you are trying to restore and where it was when it was deleted. Some applications may also ask when the file was last modified and the size of the file.
Hit the "Start" or "Scan" button to begin the scan of your hard drive. Indicate you want the restored files in the folder that you created in Step 2.
View the files the application finds. Most of the time, the application will begin to display files it has found that match the description that you gave.
Place all the ZIP files you want to back up into a folder on your computer.
Click "Start" and select "Control Panel." Click "Back up your computer" under the "System and Security" section when in category view.
Click "Set up back up," choose a backup destination and click "Next." You can choose an internal drive, an external drive or a location on your network as the destination. Having the backup separate from your internal drive is the best option in case your hard drive fails.
Select "Let me choose" and click "Next."
Navigate to the folder where you placed your ZIP files and place a checkmark in its box. You can uncheck anything else that is selected. They are not necessary for this process. Click "Next."
Click "Change schedule" and choose what schedule, if any, you want this backup to have. Click "OK" to exit out of the "Change schedule" window. Click "Save settings and backup" to begin the process of backing up your ZIP files.
Power on your computer. When the black screen appears and lists several BIOS options, press the f11 key on your computer's keyboard. You must press the key within a couple of seconds, or the computer may attempt to load Windows. If you miss pressing the key in time, restart the computer by holding the power button and try it again.
Select "System recovery" and click "Next." Click "No" when asked to use "Microsoft System Restore." Click "Next."
Select "Back up your files first (recommended) and click "Next." Complete the on-screen instructions.
Decide whether you want to recover with or without backing up your files. Once you click "Next," those files will be deleted by the program.
Click "Next." Wait for the recovery process to complete and automatically restart your computer.
Insert a blank DVD or connect a USB drive to the computer, depending on your preferred storage method.
Open the Windows Start menu and type "Backup and Restore" into the Search box. The Backup and Recovery Center will appear in the list of applications, click the entry to launch the utility.
Start the back up setup process by selecting the listed option. Select the DVD-ROM or USB drive.
Select the "Let Me Choose" option to manually choose which files to back up. Navigate the tree-menu of the files, placing a check mark next to each item you wish to back up. Click "Next" and review the settings.
Click "Run backup" to begin backing up the files to the selected disk.
Log in to your Drupal admin interface. You will need your username and password to get in.
Navigate to "Administer, Reports and then Available updates" to view your modules that have updates available.
Backup your database. This can be done in a variety of ways using phpMyAdmin, phpMyAdminToolKit.Dump or the Drupal database administration module or backup module.
Download and save the code files for any modules you are updating using your FTP access software. Any FTP access software, such as FileZilla, Dreamweaver or Internet Explorer, will work. It is a good idea to back up all the module code files. They are located in "Root folder, Drupal installation (if in a subfolder otherwise your root folder will be your Drupal installation) and then Modules." Individual modules will have their own folders within the Modules folder.
Navigate to "Administer, Site Configuration and then Site Maintenance" in your Drupal interface. Select "Offline" and click "Save Configuration" at the bottom to place your site in maintenance mode.
Navigate to "Administer, Site Building and then Modules." Uncheck the modules that you need to update to disable them. Click "Save Configuration" at the bottom.
Navigate to "Administer, Reports and then Available updates." Click the download link for each module you need to update and follow the provided instructions for downloading the updated module.
Upload the module folder and files to your website using your FTP access software. Place them within the "Modules" folder and overwrite your outdated files.
Navigate to "Administer, Site Building and then Modules." Click the "Update PHP" link in the text at the top of the page. You can also go to http://YourSite.com/drupal/update.
Follow the prompts to finalize the PHP and database updates. It should automatically detect any necessary updates. If it shows "No Updates Available" you do not need to update your database.
Check your site on the public side to ensure that all functionality and content is present and working.
