Uhmmm... You say you can't open some of the menus. Some of them will only work if you have an appropriate image open. The DVD Menu Maker is only active after you've made a Menu Template (a menu). Then it helps make the menu interactive so you can click on it when it's played in a DVD player. You download it to Video Studio or Movie Factory if you have them, so you can use it in the video you're making. What are you trying to drag?

I just went to Ulead's website and there're not much there to download for PI X3. No updates or anything.

You should go to www.ulead.com and click on, I think, Support at the top and register. Not registering won't affect the program you have but it'll allow you to get help and to ask questions on the Forum.
