  • If you are watching this movie online, re-search for a new subtitle.

    Right-click the screen.

    Go to Open >

    Go to Load Subtitle

  • Please try the following:
    Preferences (F2) -> Video processing -> General tab, select Condition -> Always use.

  • KMPlayer is the same as DAPlayer which can also support separated sub file. You could try that.

  • Basic Subtitle use
    Put the .srt in the same folder of the movie.
    Give the .srt the exact same name as the video.
    Then KMP should find the subtitle ones you play the movie.
    MKV
    Many .mkv movies have build in subtitles ,so may not need an .srt
    -Right click on the video
    -Subtitles
    -Mark -> ShowHide subtitles
    Using .srt on MKV movies
    Do hide if you don't like to use build in mkv subtitles.
    Else you see 2 subtitles on top of each other if you also use .srt

  • My KMPlayer works fine for displaying subtitles. So may it's the problem of the subtitle itself or you could try reinstalling KMPlayer
