Camfrog is not letting me sign in?

My Camfrog worked fine before. But it kicks me out now. Every time I try to sign in it say ''Error:Camfrog connection error 85' although the connection error number changes every time. I checked firewall and it didn't work. Why? How to fix this?

  • Have you upgraded Camfrog recently? If yes, your files for upgrade might not be completely install. You can try to uninstall it and then re-install in other dishes.

    If not, it might be something wrong of your Terminal Services, fix it in this way:

    Go to the Start Menu - Run

    Type services.msc and hit ENTER

    Locate Terminal Services

    Right click it and select RESTART.

  • Your firewall software is probably blocking Camfrog from accessing the Internet. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall Camfrog. Now go to your firewall software and remove Camfrog from the allowed applications list. Reinstall Camfrog and when your firewall asks you if it may access the Internet press "Yes". Unfortunately some firewall software does not work correctly so when you upgrade to a new version of Camfrog from 3.0 to 3.X the firewall software doesn't realize this is the same program, so you must delete it and re-add it to the list

  • If you cannot logon to Camfrog and you don't have any problem with the firewall software installed then there is probably a temporary network problem with your service provider, or a temporary problem with our server. Visit their message board for server status: http://www.camfrog.com/forum.php

  • Your country might be blocked out temporarily as it does to many country, maybe you could try some other software.

  • I have this problem too......but i use CF in phone.....before it works good   now i cant sign in there......i re-install it several times even i reseted my phone  . I maked new id...i tryed on comfrog and also comfrog pro   but it doesnt work still    plz plz help me   i need to sign in there.
