I am using a usb modem as my internet, my isp is vodafone. I am trying to download torrents using bitcomet but the download speed is friggin slow as. Bitcomet says that my listen port is blocked, (i don't even know what a listen port is...??) and I have read a few other peoples answers to this kind of question, but nothing really applies to my situation with my usb modem. Can someone please help, its so frustrating.

listen port is blocked when your firewall blocks it try disabling
firewall and changing listen port for this go to preference<option it
is in good practice to change listing port every now and then
1st- run ipconfig find your default gateway ip and enter it in your
explorer address bar possibly if you have the password you would see
your routers settings
2nd-look for a tab which is written NAT it should be a place which you are shown a couple of boxes with these specific names
from port
to port
address ip destination
tcp ip
NOW look for the port you want to forward
- in the TO PORT and FROM PORT enter the same number
- for the tcp udp drop down box only choose TCP since bit commet doesnt use UDP
- in the ip box enter the ip of your workstation which you could have found it by using ipconfig at the command line
