How do you start a game downloaded from Bitcomet?

Open the file. I can't tell you how to install some software if I don't know what the software is.
A game is just a program though. It probably has an installer. Often, but not always, installers are named `setup.exe`.
Was there not a `ReadMe` file?

you have to open port for bitcoment to download at full speed.
bitcoment is non-standard torrent program (i.e. it cheats like sending wrong dl/up ratio) and is banned on many torrent website.
depends on number of seeds( people having full copy) and lechers (people downloading) and spawn speed (people allowing the speed to upload/share that file).

You need to use iTunes to transfer music to your iPod. You can download the music from any source you want and save it to your hardrive but it MUST go thru iTunes to put it onto your iPod. iTunes can scan your hardrive and pick up all music files stored so you do not necessarily need to purchase your music from them. Hope that helps. iTunes is Free to DOWNLOAD.

Turn off your firewall. Are you behind a router? If so you have open the port through the router.

That usually is due to either too many open connections from Bitcomet or upload in BitComet taking up too much of the upload bandwidth.
Limiting network max connections to 200 or less and capping upload to 80% of the overall upload capacity usually resolves.

ISP limits people that upload too much. get it to 12kb if you are downloading at 150kb. If your dl is higher, proportion it to make sure upload is really just 10 percent of what you really download.
Seed it later so nobody whines about it.

It just means that the port is not being forwarded.
You need to go to options and then preferences and then bitcomet and see what it says under the heading listen port under the connection tab. Then go to your router and forward that port to your computer's IP address. Also you should make sure your computer has a static IP address rather than one from DHCP so that the port forwarding doesn't get screwed up when you turn your computer off.

If your IP address is getting assigned by DHCP, determine what your current IP address is by clicking start and run and typing in CMD and hitting enter. Then type IPCONFIG and hit enter. It should be something like 192.168.0.100. Then go to control panel and network connections. Right click on the network connection that you use to connect to the router and click properties and scroll down to internet protocal TCP/IP and click properties. Click use the following IP address. And type in an IP address similar to the one that you just found, but with a different final number, for example 192.168.0.3.

It depends on files you're going to download. Using BitComet to download legal stuff is legal.

Stop: will stop downloading or uploading of a task. There is not the pause function.
