1. Open XnView and navigate to where your images are. Be sure that you are in the Manager tab.
2. Select the images that you want to resize. CTRL A will select them all.
3. Click on Edit >> Advanced Resize...
4. When the dialog box comes up, check and make sure that it is the right size that you want and that it will be proportional. Click Apply to All.
