A reference signature file(# and particular movies burnt that day/update)which cannot be tampered with and can possibly be password-ed while at the same time transferable through an email?

I have thousands of movies and I want them burnt/written without me necessarily being present. Now,is it possible for me to create a database of the movies such that I will be able to know the number and particular movies that were burnt in a day just by receiving say a Nero file from its registry that cannot be tampered with and can possibly be password-ed by me from my worker that contains the reference signature(# and particular movies burnt that day/update) through an email address for verification? If not, could there be another software that can do this?
